📢 TO THE RESIDENTS OF NORTHMEAD, FARRARMERE & RYNFIELD
Dear Residents,
We would like to bring something important to your attention.
For approximately six months, we at Only Realty Ignite have been trying to obtain permission from the relevant authorities, through the FF+ and DA councillors, to assist with repairing the potholes in our neighbourhoods.
As residents and businesses in these communities, we all know that the condition of many of our roads has become a serious concern.
We are not just talking about it—we are ready to take action.
Our Principal has even managed to secure a sponsor who is prepared to supply the asphalt, and our team is willing and ready to do the work ourselves.
Unfortunately, despite our efforts over the past six months, we have still not received the necessary response or permission from the municipality.
We are sharing this post so that the residents of Northmead, Farrarmere and Rynfield can see that, for us at Only Realty Ignite, community interest really matters.
We believe that being part of a community means more than simply doing business here. It means caring about the areas in which we live, work and serve our clients.
We will continue to follow up and do everything we can to obtain the necessary permission so that we can get started and help improve our roads.
We are ready. We have the support and the material. We just need the green light.
