Designing a space starts long before the final rendering 🏡✨
For Pier Street Landing, the interior design process began by gathering inspiration for the overall look and feel of the lobby, from colors and textures to finishes and materials. Think Modern Coastal with warm tones for a bit of cozy. From there, we narrowed in on the details: lighting, artistic elements throughout the mailroom and amenity spaces, and inspiration for a warm, inviting fireplace lounge 🤍

Lighting inspiration that helped shape the warmth, character, and atmosphere of the space. We found a custom light fabrication company out of Chicago to create this perfect multi-globe swag chandelier featuring rope to bring our coastal theme to the lounge.

Each reference helped shape and refine the direction, ultimately bringing us to the renderings you see today. We started here and the apartment unit designs became a more subtle reflection of this strong foundation.
