😳🏡 REAL ESTATE STORY TIME 📖 —Nobody wanted this house.🚫🏡

It sat on the market while buyers kept scrolling right past it. 👀📱And here’s the thing… there wasn’t necessarily anything wrong with the house. The problem was the PRICE. 💰
Eventually, the seller made the adjustment buyers had been waiting for. And suddenly… the house everyone ignored became the house people wanted. 🔥🏡
—That’s the strange thing about real estate.

🏡📈 Are home prices starting to heat back up? 👀

After a few years of big price jumps, home price growth cooled considerably. But lately, we’re seeing some early signs that things may be starting to shift again. 🔄

Recent data shows price growth has ticked up a bit over the past couple of months, and fewer markets are seeing price declines than earlier this year.

Does that mean prices are about to take off again? Not necessarily. A couple months doesn’t make a trend — and real estate is LOCAL. 📍🏠

That’s the part that matters most.

What’s happening nationally doesn’t always tell you what YOUR home is worth or what’s happening right here in the Wichita market.

☕👻 Have you checked out Paranormal Café in Wichita yet?

One of my favorite things about being a Wichita Realtor is getting out around town, discovering local gems and meeting some pretty amazing people along the way! 🏡❤️

This stop took me to Paranormal Café, a quaint little spot at 500 S. Topeka Ave. in Wichita. Their fresh homemade scones are DELICIOUS 🤤☕ and pair perfectly with a great cup of coffee.

But what really makes this place special is the people. The owner is such a fun, spirited part of our local community — and during the short time we were there, several local friends stopped in. That tells you something about a neighborhood spot! ❤️

🧽✨ WHY do walls get so dirty?! 😂

If you’re getting your house ready to sell—or your walls just need a little everyday TLC—I tried ZEP Foaming Wall Cleaner today and I’m impressed! 🙌

A few sprays, a quick wipe, and it did a great job getting rid of those random marks, smudges and grime that somehow magically appear on walls. 🫧✨

🏡 Seller tip: Clean walls can make a BIG difference when you’re getting your home ready for photos and showings. Before you start thinking you need to repaint everything, try giving those walls a really good cleaning first!

And even if you’re NOT moving… apparently walls need cleaned too. Who knew? 😂🤷‍♀️

🚨 WICHITA — GUESS WHAT’S COMING TO 13TH & TYLER?! 👀😂🎭

I saw this in a recent Wichita Eagle article, so naturally I had to drive over and check it out for myself! 🚗💨

After about 25 years of performing around Wichita, the improv group Say What?! and Shoestring Theatre are finally getting a permanent home! 🎉👏

📍 And here’s the surprise — it’s NOT downtown!

They’re setting up shop in Northwest Centre at 13th & Tyler, near Ziggy’s Pizza. 🍕🎭

The new space is expected to be an intimate venue with around 70 seats, featuring:

😂 Comedy & improv
🎭 Small stage productions
🎶 Musicians
🎤 Other live performers

And according to the article, they’re hoping to OPEN THE FIRST WEEKEND IN OCTOBER! 🍂🎉

I LOVE seeing new entertainment, restaurants and businesses popping up around Wichita — especially when they bring something different to our neighborhoods. ❤️🌻
