Another front door. Another new beginning.

300 Liverpool officially closed yesterday! We missed the new-owner photo, so this good-looking townhome gets the spotlight.

More closings are coming this week and next, and this neighborhood is growing by the day. Pretty special watching a plan on paper become a place people call home.

It’s been a couple of weeks since our ribbon cutting, but Union Crossing definitely hasn’t slowed down.

Mailboxes are going in. Single-family homes are taking shape. Duplexes are getting closer to finished. More foundations, more framing, more SOLD signs. Whether your flavor is a single-family home or a duplex, there’s a lot happening out here.

And if you look closely at the photos, you might notice we’re dropping a very subtle hint about what comes next. Very subtle. We promise.

Of the first 20 houses in North Sioux City's Union Crossing development, 50 or 60 percent are already under contract even as construction crews are still working on them, developer Rick Wegher told The Journal Thursday.
