🍂 Just Sold in Koa Ridge! 🍂
Congratulations to my Sellers on the sale of their beautiful home. They needed to move off island before closing, but we were able to take care of everything for them!🙌

To celebrate, I sent out a fall favorite recipe to their neighbors in Koa Ridge — Pumpkin Butter Mochi 🎃.

It’s the perfect mix of local and holiday flavors— chewy, buttery and spiced just right a great sheet of baking share at your next holiday potluck or family party.

If you got my postcard, scan the QR to connect here for more island homes, market updates & sweet local favorites! 💛
