Every neighborhood has a story, and Grove Park is one that’s worth hearing. 🏡

With legacy homes that are nearly 100 years old, vacant lots, and a lot of history, Grove Park has so much potential. But moving the neighborhood forward also means creating homes that are modern, energy-efficient, and affordable for the people who live there.

Our partners at the Grove Park Foundation recently shared their first impressions of the neighborhood and what stood out to them when they first began this work.

Through partnerships with organizations like Urban Oasis, there’s a real effort underway to bring new life to vacant spaces, restore existing homes, and create housing that can serve Atlanta families for generations to come.
