This home spent just 14 days on the market and went under contract three times. Each time a transaction fell through, another offer came in almost immediately.

Before accepting the third offer, we asked the buyer to complete a pre-inspection. That allowed them to fully understand the property before writing and helped create a stronger, more reliable path to closing.

Finding the right buyer is not always about accepting the first offer. It is about maintaining momentum, adjusting the strategy when needed, and protecting the seller’s transaction through every stage.
