Since the biggest moment of my life on August 12th, I’ve been trying to decide what the best caption would be. There are so many things I want to say, but at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter—I don’t need to brag online about my relationship (even though I do, and will). All that matters is Amanda knows how I feel.

This trip to Spain changed my life forever. Not just because I got engaged to my best friend and the most incredible human I’ve ever known, but because she’s saved me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed saving. Asking her to marry me was the easy part. We tell each other all the time, “I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”

It also changed me because my entire perception of life shifted. Friendships were strengthened in ways I never imagined possible. It became my singularity.

So here I am, spilling it all—and the best part is, no matter what, the ones who know, know. And those who don’t… well, IDGAF.

Here’s to my fiancée, my rock, my best fu***ng friend in the entire world. There are no words that can capture what you mean to me, my love, so I’ll spend my life showing you. Happy birthday—celebrating you was the greatest day of my life. Thank you for showing me what true love really is. This is only the beginning, baby. Here’s to an incredible life together 🥂

Life is such a trip. One day you’re a bachelor not sure if love exists, and then one day a girl walks into your life and now you can’t imagine your life without her. It’s true what they say “when you know you know.” 8 minutes into our first date I was already head over heels in love with you. I could go on and on about what Amanda truly means to me but in reality there aren’t words to describe it. The best I can do is that she’s my best friend in the entire world. I’m forever grateful for you and River 🫶🏼
