I may be small in stature, but I work nonstop to achieve significant results. I'm concluding May with an 85.7% occupancy rate in my short-term rentals. June thru September is also showing promising momentum. If you're interested in boutique-style cohosting services, I'd be delighted to discuss how I dedicate myself through and through to your property.

The Carders are at it again! I'm especially enamored with this little 💎, which is now on the market. Logan Fitts will be listing this property soon. Its one-of-a-kind build makes it an excellent choice for a short-term rental.

Traveled over hour away to get this property ready for the new owner. So secluded back in the mountains traveling looking at farm land on the way. It was a day of peace with a view!

Part of my role as co-host and property manager entails meeting delivery trucks. It was a lovely day to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine while awaiting this delivery.
