Here are some of my Staging Before & After Photos -

This house in Goldsboro has a lot of rooms, and I couldn’t stage them all! Therefore, I chose which rooms to strategically stage for a specific purpose. I always stage the kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathrooms. At this house, the back door opens into the living room. The room next to the kitchen is obviously the dining room. Near the front door, there’s a nook that is the perfect spot for a seating area, and the side entrance leads to a great office space. Giving each room a purpose helps potential buyers picture their furnishings in the house, so they can envision living there.

Collaborative Staging Job (October 17, 2026) - Before & After Pictures Post #1 - I helped the homeowners prepare their house for listing by doing a walkthrough and giving them pre-listing suggestions. Then, I used their existing furniture and decor items while adding my items to create a beautifully staged home.

Saturday, I had a staging job. Here are some photos of what a staging day looks like for me. It started with getting tubs of staging items out of storage, buying some new staging items & laying them out on my table to organize them by room, going through my house & packing up whatever I think I’ll use in the other house, shopping for more items, & finding the perfect place settings. Not pictured: loading up the car at our house & unloading at the staging house (It was raining.). I also don’t have photos of opening up all the tubs & boxes and taking items to the rooms where I want to use them. It’s a crazy mess, and I haven’t figured out how to take pictures of myself during the process.🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m including some pictures of areas that I staged and will post before & after pictures soon. The last picture is when we were headed home with all the empty tubs & boxes. I didn’t get a picture of my handsome helper, who was driving, but he did all the heavy lifting, went to pick up a few extra items for me, & took pictures. We make a great team! ❤️

“De-staging” a house is not as enjoyable as staging a house. 🙁 Today, I packed up all of my staging items for the movers to transport along with the furniture. This is the necessary, but not-so-glamorous part of my job. &design

I’m in love with this new rug I just bought at Marshall’s! And it’s washable!! Perfect for staging! Now, I just need to finish staging this house for Franklin & our New Again Houses business, so we can get this house on the market.
