Not Every House Is an Easy Sell. That's Where We Come In!

At Scribner Enterprises, we know that sometimes a house becomes more of a burden than a blessing.

Maybe you've inherited a home you don't know what to do with. Maybe you're a landlord who's ready to be done. Or maybe your house needs more repairs than you're willing or able to tackle.

We've seen it all, and we're here to help.

No judgment. No pressure. No expensive repairs or clean-outs required.

We buy houses AS-IS and work with you to find a solution that makes sense for your situation.

We're not some out-of-state investment company. We're Scrib & Wendy, your local neighbors who believe in helping people move forward.

More Than Buying Houses. It's About Doing What's Right.

At Scribner Enterprises, our mission has always been bigger than real estate.

We believe homeowners deserve honesty, respect, and a fair opportunity to move forward, especially when life gets complicated.

We're not out-of-town investors. We're your neighbors. We live here, work here, and care about the community we're helping build.

Not every situation is easy. Not every deal works out. But our commitment to treating people right never changes.

People first. Honesty always. Community matters.

That's who we are. That's what we believe. And that's how we'll continue doing business.

EVERY BUSINESS HAS A STORY. HERE'S OURS.

In early 2020, Scribner Enterprises started with two people, a kitchen table, a laptop, and a whole lot of dreams.

We didn't have a fancy office, a big team, or all the answers. What we did have was a vision, determination, and a shared love for our community.

We saw potential in houses others had given up on. We saw opportunities to help people facing difficult situations. And we believed we could build a business that made a difference right here in El Dorado.

Fast forward nearly seven years, and that little kitchen table dream has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

It hasn't always been easy. We've made mistakes, learned hard lessons, taken risks, and had plenty of moments where we wondered what in the world we were doing.

But one thing hasn't changed.

Our heart has always been in this community.

We're proud of where we started, grateful for the people who have supported us, and excited about where we're headed.

And no matter how much we grow, we'll never forget that it all started with Scrib & Wendy sitting around a kitchen table, dreaming about what could be.
