I had the honor of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the new VA Outpatient Clinic, and I couldn’t be more excited about what this means for our military community!

For our veterans, having access to healthcare closer to home means less time traveling, easier access to medical services, and more time spent with the people they love. Our veterans have given so much, and they deserve access to the care and resources they’ve earned!

🏡 428 DAYS LATER… SOLD! 🔑❤️

This one means a little more.

428 days on the market. Over a year of showings, conversations, adjustments, repairs, more repairs 😅 and plenty of moments that tested our patience.

But today, we finally get to celebrate a SOLD!

Not every real estate transaction comes with an easy road, and this one certainly had its challenges. Behind this closing were countless conversations, unexpected obstacles, difficult decisions, and a seller who continued to push forward even when the process became frustrating.

I want to take a moment to genuinely thank my seller for sticking with me throughout this entire journey. For trusting my guidance, for tackling every repair that came our way, and for continuing to believe we could get this home SOLD. I know this process wasn’t always easy, and I don’t take that trust or patience lightly. ❤️

As Realtors, we love celebrating the closings, but there’s so much that happens behind the scenes that people never see. This transaction was a reminder that our job isn’t just about putting a sign in the yard. It’s about showing up, finding solutions, navigating challenges, and staying committed to the people who trust us with one of their biggest investments.
