CLOSING DAY!!! Every transaction is different & trusting the process doesn’t always seem to flow with real estate transactions because of all the moving parts that are out of your control. I listed this house last year & there was no movement. A new construction townhome community just one exit over, same floor plans dropped their prices making it very difficult to get a buyer to look at this townhome.
We removed the listing, the timing wasn’t right. My Seller trusted me!!! We listed again this year! To sell a house, 3 things are imperative! Market Right, Stage Right & Price Right!!!
We listed again this March & did all the “Right” things! 3 days before closing & the buyer couldn’t come up with the funds & this was after my Seller had completely dismantled her furniture, etc. cf
My seller trusted me again & we listed the property a 3rd time! We Marketed, Staged & Priced according to the market! Today we CLOSED!!! The townhouse is finally SOLD!!! My Seller is happy!!! A chapter is closed & a New Chapter is Beginning!!! I am looking forward to helping her buy her new home!!!
