BIG NEWS! FANNIE MAE will begin blending middle scores when there are multiple borrowers. This is where this helps. Let's say there is a program that requires over a 700 credit score (pretty much what you need for a Fannie mae approval since the pandemic hit - FHA is still down to 580) - we typically go off the lower middle score so one applicant is a 680 and they could not get the loan. The other is a 776 now your a blended score of 728 and you qualify for the loan. THIS IS GREAT NEWS!
