We had a fantastic time celebrating Oktoberfest with our incredible team, at our NEW OFFICE! 🏢❤️

At 1st Select, our people are what make us who we are. Every day, this team works hard to take care of our properties, tenants, and clients.

It was great to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy some good food, share some laughs, and celebrate the people behind our success.

Here’s to an amazing team, a new space to call home, and even more exciting things ahead! 🥂

At 1st Select, keeping our communities safe, compliant, and well-maintained is at the core of everything we do. As part of our ongoing commitment to proactive facility management, our team gathers every month for OSHA-certified safety training.

This month, we focused on Fire and Life Safety to ensure our maintenance and management teams remain fully equipped to handle emergency protocols, preventative checks, and safety standards across all our properties.

While preventative maintenance programs are a permanent staple across our portfolio, we always welcome expert insights to keep our standards sharp. A huge thank you to Fridley Fire Inspector Matt Kruc for joining our team today, leading an insightful training session, and sharing valuable safety tips with our crew!
