Patience. I’ve never had it. LOL! But I also don’t ever give in or let a bag slip away. To say I earned the commission on this is an understatement (thanks to my broker (Bcre-Co Tampa-Estates) for her assistance (while I worked my full time job) to get this deal done. It ALMOST slipped away multiple times over the past few weeks but like I’ve always said I DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Believe it or not but my clients would surly tell you I’m not over exaggerating. The Listing agent on this one even thanked me because he knew without me it wouldn’t have gotten done - a previous contract had already fell through- I told him I didn’t miss closings and ummm I wasn’t lying about that either. 😉

If you’re an investor looking in the Tampa Bay Area - I’m your girl - got this one below asking with seller financing. It pays to be creative…. Literally. Not all realtors are the same - make sure you have a GOODe one 😉
