As yet another busy holiday season is upon us in the retail space, I’ve taken a minute to slow down in all the chaos.

My team and I are slammed with pallets and boxes in preparation for the busy months ahead... all well keeping the shoppe merchandised with the cutest displays, making sure our customers are taken care of, maintaining a clean & organized store experience, adding products online and trying to stay grounded through it all! 🤪

I’m so thankful to be able to provide Cedar Falls with a small yet unique shopping experience. We are not a big box store. We’re a small (but mighty) group of ladies who I can truly say “do it all”! Working the shoppe, mommin’, caring for the grands 👶🏼, attending college and working multiple other jobs. I can truly say I have the best team to keep this shoppe thriving year after year ❤️

And to all of our loyal, kind & sweet customers, you’re more than just a “shopper”. When you come to Real Deals, we see you. We appreciate each and every one of you walking through these doors! After hours, we received a call from a new resident at Riverview Place who simply wanted to take a moment to share how much she appreciates Roman and the help she has received since moving in.

Hearing that one of our team members has already made such a positive impression means so much.

We’re grateful for team members who make a difference in the everyday moments. Way to go, Roman! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
