📲 Call me! Let's find you some elbow room! 🏡🌳
A fence dispute in a Broken Arrow neighborhood has apparently reached new heights. Literally.
Residents near 91st and Aspen say a homeowner has started constructing what appears to be a 22-foot-tall wooden privacy fence along his backyard property line, towering over neighboring roofs.
According to neighbors, the whole thing started over complaints about backyard noise, outdoor cameras, and people allegedly looking over the original six-foot fence.
Instead of arguing about it anymore, the homeowner reportedly decided nobody was going to see ANYTHING happening in his backyard ever again.
Construction is still underway, and several neighbors are already questioning whether the structure could survive an Oklahoma thunderstorm.
One neighbor reportedly described it as “the Great Wall of Broken Arrow.”
Here’s where things get interesting: If it’s entirely on his property and he’s paying for it, should he be allowed to build it? Or does the neighborhood have a legitimate reason to complain?
