Fort Worth is changing — and this is a BIG one!!

The Fort Worth Convention Center is undergoing a major transformation, with more than $700 million being invested into expanding and modernizing the downtown venue.

More event space, new ballrooms and meeting areas, outdoor terraces, public spaces, and an entirely new look are all part of what’s ahead.

As someone born and raised in Fort Worth, I love watching our city continue to grow while still holding onto what makes Fort Worth feel like Fort Worth. 🤍

Projects like this are exactly why I think it’s important to pay attention to what’s happening beyond just home prices. New development, infrastructure, businesses, and investment all help shape the communities we live in.

Living for more of these kind of days! 🤍

We thought we had found the one, but once inspection came back, we knew it wasn’t the right fit. So we pivoted, went back to the drawing board, and ended up with the very first home we toured together and honestly, it worked out even better than we could have planned!

I was able to negotiate enough concessions to keep them bringing almost nothing to the table, keep them under budget, and get them into a newer home they can feel comfortable in for a long time.

So thankful I get to do this job and be a small part of such a big moment in people’s lives. Helping clients find the right home and making the process work for them is exactly why I love what I do.
