Sometimes being a good neighbor is simply stepping in when you can help.

The community raised concerns about a longstanding logjam in Little Elm Creek. Rowan didn’t cause the blockage, but we saw an opportunity to help address something that has been a challenge in the area for a long time.

Flooding along the creek can create real access challenges for nearby homes, including for emergency services. So our team is helping clear the creek, improve the flow, and save the county the expense of taking on the work.

Clearing is still underway, but we’re happy to help make a difference for our neighbors.

We are so thrilled to announced more than $120,000 in our latest round of Community Catalyst Program grants! From youth sports, to family support, education and law enforcement, these organizations are doing such meaningful work in this community and we're very proud to partner with them.

Rowan has worked with The Robinson Family Farm to host beehives that boost biodiversity in our area. We joined the beekeepers for a recent inspection and saw firsthand what the buzz was all about.
