🔨 A little behind-the-scenes at A&J Builds!

We’ve been keeping busy all over the Tampa Bay area, helping our customers get their homes right — and this bathroom remodel is one of the projects we’re working on right now.

As a small, locally owned business, the owner is right there doing the work and making sure each project is done the way it should be. 💪
We’re not finished with this one just yet, but we’ll be sharing the before & after when it’s complete!

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust A&J Builds with your homes. 🛠️❤️

We recently repaired a leaking water main hidden inside the wall behind a sink in a Tampa home. Finding and fixing leaks early is important—especially in Florida, where our heat, humidity, and hard water can put extra stress on plumbing over time.

At A&J Builds, we take the time to find the problem and get it repaired properly. 🛠️

🔧 Another sewer repipe completed!

This job involved replacing the exterior sewer line running from the home all the way to the septic tank. We removed the old, damaged piping and installed a new line to help keep the system flowing properly for years to come. 💪🏾

Traditional tank heaters constantly run just to keep water hot in case you need it. Tankless heaters change the game by heating water instantly, on-demand, only when you turn on the tap.

We recently upgraded a customer to a tankless water heater, now they have unlimited hot water and extra storage space back!

🚰 Kitchen Drain Trouble? It Might Be Your Cast Iron Pipes.

We replaced a deteriorated cast iron kitchen waste arm that was causing drainage issues for this homeowner. We removed the old section and replaced it with new piping to restore proper flow and prevent future problems.

💡 Did you know? Many older Florida homes still have cast iron drain pipes, which can rust and narrow over time due to the humidity and sandy soil, leading to clogs and leaks.

If you’re noticing kitchen drain backups, your aging cast iron piping could be the culprit. Give us a call.
