Applications received after December 1 will be subject to newer — and stricter — regulations.

As we head into another Penn State football home weekend, here are a few short term rental reminders:

If you own a rental in the Township (short or long term), you are required to have a rental housing permit. You can find more information on the changes to our rental housing program here: https://twp.patton.pa.us/181/Engineering-Planning-Zoning (scroll to the bottom of the page)

If you live next to a rental and are experiencing issues, please call the non-emergency number (800-479-0050) and ask for a Patton Township police officer. We have a nuisance point system in place and the only way we can assess points on a permit is with a documented report. Our police department is always happy to help residents, so please do not hesitate to call.
