CLOSING DAY - 405 DRAKE DRIVE!

This one definitely took a little while to get to the finish line, but today we finally made it.

After a few bumps along the way, we just kept working through it, stayed patient, and got it done.

Always great working with JACS Developments. I really appreciate them always trusting me to sell these great properties. Looking forward to the next project!

Another one in the books.
