Real Questions Asked On Air... "With interest rates high, should you wait to buy?"

My answer: No.

Here is why. Interest rates are unpredictable. They could be higher in the spring. Maybe 8%. Maybe more.

What we do know is that home prices historically appreciate over time. The price you can secure today may not be available six months from now.

And right now, as a buyer, you have more negotiating power than you will when the spring market brings more competition.

You can always refinance a rate later. You cannot change the price of the home.
