Not always.

I hear this one a lot, and it's one of the biggest myths keeping people in "someday" mode instead of actually starting the conversation.

Here's the truth: homebuying isn't one-size-fits-all. It's not just about a big down payment, a certain income, or perfect credit. Lenders look at your whole financial picture, and there are loan programs built for a lot of different situations. Two people can look completely different on paper and both end up homeowners.
