🏡🔑 A VERY SPECIAL CLOSING — CONGRATULATIONS MICAH, DESTINY & FAMILY! ❤️

This one was personal. My nephew Micah is officially a first-time homeowner! From the beginning, he saw the potential in this property and the opportunity to build equity over time. More importantly, this is now a place for Micah, Destiny, and their daughter to call HOME. ❤️🏡

Now, getting here? 😂 That was a movie.

We had roofers disappearing, last-minute curveballs, and at one point it felt like lenders and processors were walking out like a scene from The Big Short. 😂 Meanwhile, other investors were lurking around the corner waiting for an opportunity.

But nobody gave up. There were a lot of people behind the scenes making calls, solving problems, and doing whatever it took to get this deal to the finish line. At some point, our job simply became to ORGANIZE THE CHAOS and get my nephew into this house. 💪

A huge thank you to Tammy Clark at Equity National Title for standing strong through everything. Truly one of the best title agents I've worked with in a long time. 🙌

And a special shoutout to listing agent Anthony Kocovic. Anthony helped calm the storm, find solutions, and keep this deal together. Somewhere along the way, we went from agents on opposite sides of a transaction to becoming friends. 🤝 I have no doubt we'll be doing plenty more business together in the near future.
