A house or a piece of land is so much more than it appears! It is about the people and their story, and I am honored to be a small part of that story.

🧻🏡 SEMMES HOMEOWNERS: If you wake up this week and notice your landscaping looks a little different.

Don’t panic.

It’s just MGM Homecoming Week. 😂💙🖤

Nothing says “Viking tradition” quite like waking up to 47 rolls of toilet paper decorating your trees.

As your local REALTOR®, I normally recommend cleaning up the yard before listing…

But during Homecoming Week, I might make an exception. 😉

GO VIKINGS! 🏈💙🖤

🏡✨ MONDAY REMINDER…

Tomorrow starts a brand-new month.

If you’ve spent all summer saying…

“Maybe we’ll start looking in the fall.” 🍂
“We really need more space.”
“I wonder what our house would sell for?”
“We’d love to buy, but we don’t even know where to start.”

Maybe SEPTEMBER is the month you finally get some answers. ❤️

You don’t have to be ready to buy or sell to talk to a REALTOR®. Sometimes the first step is simply figuring out what’s possible.

☕ No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.

And who knows? Maybe your next chapter starts this fall. 🏡🍂🔑

Give me a call! I will be happy to discuss your real estate needs with you. 😊

🔑🏡 MOVE-IN MONDAY!

You just got the keys to your new house! 🎉

What’s the VERY FIRST thing you’re doing?

🍕 Ordering pizza & eating on the floor
🧹 Cleaning every inch before unpacking
📦 Unpacking immediately because you can’t stand the chaos
🛋️ Setting up the living room first
🛏️ Making the bed because you’re already exhausted 😂
🚪 Standing in the doorway thinking, “I can’t believe this is MINE!” ❤️

I’m probably going with the bed! Gotta have somewhere to sleep! 🛌

What about you? 👇

And if you’re ready to have a set of new keys of your own, you know who to call! 🏡🔑

🚪🏡 FRONT DOOR FRIDAY!

You bought the house — now you get to pick the front door! 😍

Which are you choosing?

🖤 Classic Black
💙 Pretty Blue
🌿 Sage Green
❤️ Bold Red
🤎 Natural Wood
🤍 Crisp White

I’m curious… are you playing it safe or giving your house a POP of color? 👇

And yes, choosing a house based on how cute you can make the front porch is completely acceptable. 😂🏡 - BELIEVE ME! I’m a porch goose girly! 🪿
