🏡 Pricing Matters More Than Ever! 🏡
One of the biggest mistakes sellers make is pricing their home too high right from the start. While it may seem like a good strategy to “leave room for negotiation,” overpricing can actually reduce interest, increase days on market, and ultimately lead to a lower sale price.
The goal is to price your property where the market sees value. A well-priced home attracts more buyers, generates more showings, creates competition, and can even result in multiple offers.
The first few weeks on the market are when your listing gets the most attention. Make them count! If buyers perceive a home as overpriced, they may skip it altogether—even if price reductions come later.
