It’s been an incredibly long road for my buyers, including THREE terminated transactions over the last six months. But we kept going, and they finally found the perfect house! ❤️

Now, everything is falling into place, and we’re on the fast track to closing! 🙌

One buyer, one seller, and both are clients I’ve been working with since the beginning of the year. Real estate doesn’t always happen on our preferred timeline, but with patience, persistence, and the right strategy, we’ve been able to persevere and find the right situation for both. This one was such a joy to be a part of. I represented the sellers, and the entire transaction went incredibly smoothly. The buyers fell in love with the home—and then their kids discovered a Tonka truck in the shed.

They already had one to share, so the excitement over possibly having TWO was real. It felt like one more little sign that this was the right home for them.

The only problem? That Tonka truck was a family heirloom, and my sellers just couldn’t part with it. The buyers understood and were still completely sold on the house. The transaction moved forward without a hitch.

But sometimes a toy is more than just a toy.

In the spirit of goodwill, my sellers decided to buy the kids a brand-new Tonka truck as a housewarming gift. Because home buying can be stressful, and a little kindness can go a long way🥹
