For us, it’s more than four walls and a floor plan.

Elevation Development homes are built with a licensed general contractor, 2x6 construction, thoughtful design details, and layouts chosen with real families and everyday life in mind.

And because our homes are semi-custom, buyers who go under contract early enough in the building process may have the opportunity to choose many of the finishes that make the home feel like theirs—from flooring and paint to countertops and more.

We don’t want to build another basic cookie-cutter house. We want to build homes with function, character, and the families who will live in them in mind. 🤍
