MEET THE WATERIDGE GROUP
Danielle is a Northern Virginia native and a 2006 graduate of George Mason University, where she received a BS in Psychology and was a captain of the Women’s Soccer team.
After graduation, Danielle launched her professional career in the legal industry in London, where she worked in patent, intellectual property and corporate law. Upon moving back to the United States in 2009, she settled in New York City where she was a business analyst for an international investment bank until 2013.
Danielle has always had the “real estate bug” – it started as early as childhood when she would ask her parents to follow Open House signs to view homes after soccer games! Her real estate career began while in New York City when she and her husband decided to begin investing in real estate in the Northern Virginia area. After relocating back to Fairfax in 2013, her passion for the industry had blossomed into something she wanted to pursue full time.
Danielle’s local knowledge as a Northern Virginia native along with utilizing her legal and finance background helps her bring a unique perspective to her clients. Danielle prides herself on giving all of her clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. She takes a team approach to her client relationships and views each one as a true partnership. Her goal is to be her client’s trusted advisor, resulting in personal relationships that extend far beyond the settlement table. Danielle is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients and she specializes in bringing peace of mind in what can often times be a stressful process.
Whether one is a first time buyer or seller or has been through multiple prior real estate transactions, Danielle will work to meet and exceed every expectation, with a few laughs along the way!
