🌳💦 It’s not just the house. It’s the LOT!

Come tour 4424 Gull Point Drive in Raintree Lake during the Open House from 12–2 PM!

This beautiful home offers 4,000+ square feet, owned solar, and a fantastic lower-level entertainment area, but one of my favorite features is outside.

✨ This premium lot backs to the pond and walking trail, creating a setting you simply don't find with every home.

Picture enjoying the pond views, stepping out to the trail, entertaining downstairs, and having more than 4,000 square feet to spread out and enjoy.
