One of the most exciting parts of new construction is watching a building take shape from the ground up!

At our Milwaukee Powersports job site in Raymond, WI, the framework is coming together, showcasing the hard work and craftsmanship of our pre-engineered metal building contractor, Wolf Construction Group.

Looking for your next off-road adventure? Milwaukee PowerSports has something for everyone, with an impressive selection of motorcycles, 3-wheelers, ATVs, side-by-sides, watercraft, and trailers!

In the meantime, stay tuned as we continue to bring this project to life. Our team is working hard to create a space that will help Milwaukee Powersports serve adventure seekers for years to come!

Sometimes, the best project management support comes in the smallest packages. 👨‍💼👦👦

Today, our Project Manager Steve had two very enthusiastic new “team members” helping out in the office—his twin sons!

From curious questions to important desk-side meetings, these little assistants brought plenty of energy, smiles, and a fresh reminder that great work is about more than deadlines and deliverables. It’s also about the people, moments, and connections that make the journey meaningful.

Here’s to balancing leadership, family, and the occasional unexpected addition to the project team. ❤️

We’re a little late with our Labor Day post… but unlike a construction delay, this one was intentional. 😉

At Bukacek Construction, we work hard to mitigate delays, stay ahead of the schedule, and keep projects moving forward.

A belated shoutout to the hardworking crews, trades, partners, and everyone who puts in the work to get the job done right — and on time. 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Happy (slightly belated) Labor Day from our crew to yours!

We’re proud to have played a role in the Siena Catholic Schools of Racine St. Catherine’s High School Project 2026! The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on a beautiful day, giving attendees the opportunity to tour the newly completed spaces.

Designed by Bray Architects, the project features a new accessible ramp, a welcoming and secure entrance, and redesigned office spaces that will serve students, faculty, and visitors for years to come.

Bukacek Construction was proud to attend the Daily Reporter's Women in Construction Awards last Thursday evening and celebrate an outstanding member of our team. Gale Nevala was honored with the Coordinator of the Year award during the event, which was held at the beautiful Mitchell Park Greenhouse No. 7 Event Space.

As a woman-owned company, this event holds a special significance for us. Recognizing and supporting the women who help shape our industry is at the heart of who we are.

Congratulations to Gale on this incredible achievement and well-deserved honor!

⚾ A great day with a great team! ⚾

Some of our Bukacek Construction crew enjoyed a team outing at the Milwaukee Brewers game on August 6th. Taking a break from the job site to connect, celebrate our team, and enjoy America’s favorite pastime together is always a win, especially when the Brewers bring home a victory!

A special thanks to Milwaukee Admirals

Following the launch of Hotel Verdant at 500 Main Street, Dominion Properties invested in the development of a new parking lot to support the boutique hotel and neighboring retail businesses in downtown Racine. By removing outdated structures, including the former building at 401 Wisconsin Avenue, the project revitalized a previously underutilized area with a landscaped, well-lit parking facility that includes electric vehicle charging infrastructure and improved amenities for visitors and residents alike. The completed development encompasses approximately 47,890 square feet (1.099 acres) and provides 92 parking stalls, enhancing accessibility and supporting continued growth in the downtown district.
