I want to be the person you can call when you need an extra set of hands, someone to keep an eye on your property, or help with those tasks you just don’t have the time, energy, or ability to tackle yourself.

🏡 HOME WATCH SERVICES

If you’re a snowbird, seasonal resident, frequent traveler, or own a vacant property, you know how stressful it can be leaving your home unattended. Florida weather alone is enough to make anyone not native to the state, nervous!

We offer scheduled home visits that include checking the A/C and thermostat, looking for visible leaks or moisture, checking doors and windows, running faucets and flushing toilets when appropriate, inspecting the interior and exterior, collecting mail and packages, checking for signs of pests, and providing photo updates after visits.

🌀 We can also perform pre storm and post storm property checks. Because let’s face it, living in Florida means keeping an eye on the weather!

Home Watch packages start at $200 per month, with individual visits starting at $75. Custom plans are available depending on your needs.

🌿 CONCIERGE SERVICES

Now here’s where things get even better! You don’t have to be away from home to need a Guardian Angel.

Need someone to meet a contractor while you’re at work? Bring your trash cans in? Pick up groceries before you arrive back in Florida? Water your plants? Change an air filter? Collect deliveries? Help with pet sitting?

We’ve got you covered!

We can help coordinate vendors and service providers, prepare homes for your arrival, and handle those little things that always seem to eat up your day.

I don’t share things unless I truly believe in them and this is one of those times. 🤍

A lot of people keep telling themselves they’re going to “wait until rates drop” before buying… and I get it. That sounds like the smart move. But here’s the truth no one talks about. When rates drop, more buyers jump back into the market.

That means more competition, more multiple offers, and usually higher prices.Right now? Buyers actually have leverage. I’m seeing seller credits, price reductions, repair negotiations, and opportunities that weren’t around a year ago. The truth is, there’s never a “perfect” time to buy. There’s only the time that makes sense for YOU.

Your goals.
Your timing.

After 2 years of helping people buy, sell, and figure out their next move… you start to realize it’s never really about the house first. It’s about the moment someone decides they’re ready for something different. A new start, a better fit, a slower pace, more space, less stress… whatever that looks like for them.

And being trusted to walk alongside someone through that? I don’t take that lightly. I never have. There’s a lot that goes into what I do, pricing, strategy, negotiations, timing, knowing how to position a home or protect a buyer in a deal. That part matters. But what’s always mattered most to me is how people feel during the process.

I want my clients to feel steady.
Clear.Taken care of. Not overwhelmed, not unsure, not like they’re figuring it out alone. Over time, I’ve learned how to bring both sides of that
the knowledge, and the calm.
