Three years ago, I began a new chapter in Tennessee real estate. Today, I’m excited to share that I’m stepping into the Principal Broker role for Realty85 in Tennessee! 🏡
But what does “Principal Broker” actually mean?
It means taking responsibility for the brokerage’s operations, supervising its agents, and helping ensure our work meets the professional and legal standards that protect our clients. For me, it also means mentoring agents, being available when the questions get difficult, and building an environment where people can grow with confidence.
On September 25, I celebrated my three-year anniversary as a Tennessee Affiliate Broker—meeting the experience requirement for my path to broker licensure. After completing the required education, I passed both portions of the broker exam on October 7 and have now officially earned my Tennessee Broker license.
Now, I’m working with Realty85 to build our Tennessee presence as the brokerage’s 12th state!
After more than 20 years in healthcare leadership, this chapter brings together so much of what I love: developing people, solving problems, serving others, and building something with purpose.
Realty85’s “Agent for Agent” philosophy speaks to that vision. I want our agents to have the guidance, support, and accountability they need to build businesses they’re proud of—and deliver excellent care to their clients.
I’m grateful for the people who have encouraged me along the way and for God’s guidance through every step.
