A little reintroduction for the new faces around here! 👋🏼🌴
Hi, I’m Summer! Your local Florida REALTOR® with Ponce Inlet Realty, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the beautiful Volusia County real estate market. 🏡🌊
I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2019, and what started in property management has grown into a career I’m incredibly passionate about. From oceanfront condos and waterfront homes to investment properties and commercial real estate, I love helping my clients find the right opportunity.
For those who are new here, a little about me! 🤍
🌴 Florida native with a love for coastal living
🐾 Dog mom to two Frenchies, Kai & Sandy
💍 Recently married!
🚤 Happiest on the water, boating, fishing, or soaking up the Florida sunshine
🎾 Lover of tennis, Pilates, fitness, and staying active
☕ Always up for a good coffee, local restaurant, or meeting new people!
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, investing, or simply curious about our local market, I’m always happy to be a resource.
My favorite part of this business? The relationships I build along the way. Real estate is so much more than a transaction, and I’m grateful for every client who trusts me to be part of their journey.
If you’re new here, welcome! And if you’ve been following along for a while, thank you for your continued support. 🫶🏼
