One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over 20+ years of building companies is that the systems that get you to one level usually won’t get you to the next.

You can have processes.
You can have good people.
You can have a business that looks successful from the outside.

And still find out very quickly that the foundation wasn’t built to handle the next stage of growth.

I’ve made that mistake myself.

Scaling isn’t just about generating more revenue. It’s about building the infrastructure, leadership, accountability and cash flow to survive the growth you’re chasing.

A lot of businesses don’t fail because they couldn’t grow.

They fail because they grew before they were ready.

That lesson cost me money.

But it also completely changed the way I build businesses today.
