All the flavors of fall in one delicious treat! These soft, moist pumpkin muffins are perfect for chilly mornings, afternoon snacks, or enjoying with a warm cup of coffee.
25 minutes
3 ingredients
Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 can pumpkin purée (15 oz) — not pumpkin pie filling
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix the dry spice cake mix and pumpkin purée until combined. No eggs, oil, or water needed!
3. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
4. Spoon batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
A little fall extra: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking or drizzle with cream cheese icing after cooling.
