Eight years in this business, and I don't think I've ever actually introduced myself.
Not really. Not the version of me that's been through the peaks and the valleys — the deals that closed easy and the ones that nearly broke me. The wins that felt like everything, and the mistakes that taught me more than the wins ever did. There were seasons I pushed myself to complete exhaustion chasing this career, and somewhere in there I lost the plot on why I even got into it.
So here's the truth: I've spent the last stretch reinventing how I do this job. Not the sales part — the human part. Because a client doesn't need another agent chasing a commission. They need someone who shows up, tells the truth, fights for them at the table, and doesn't disappear the second the ink dries.
That's where CARE came from. Connect. Assure. Resolve. Empower. It's not a slogan I picked because it sounded good on a sign — it's what I promise every single person I work with, sellers and buyers alike.
Outside of real estate, you'll probably find me on Lake Pleasant on a jet ski, up in Flagstaff getting a round of golf in with old friends, or two-stepping at The Stillery on a Friday night. And if you catch me with a book in hand, it's probably something on wealth-building, self-improvement, or the Bible — the thing that's shaped how I lead more than anything else has.
If you're new around here, or you've known me a while and this is the first time you're really meeting me — hey. I'm glad you're here.
