Tax sale list are a great way to get deals especially if you don’t have a budget for marketing. We started focusing on those list more once we started to realize a bulk of our deals were also going to tax sale.

Let me introduce the J.O Properties team!

I’m John, the owner of J.O Properties. I spend a lot of my time helping sellers get out of distressed situations and buying houses. I also like helping newer investors get started and get deals done. I grew the company from a one man show to a 3 person team in less than a year and I was able to 4x the company at the same time.

Anyone who needs help with any deals, send them my way!

I’m Brian. I help homeowners navigate the process of selling their home. I believe every seller deserves clear and honest answers especially in times of distress. I spend my time usually talking to sellers or on appointments at properties. I’m more than happy to share all the knowledge I’ve learned in this business so don’t be afraid to reach out!

I’m Kiara, our operations and project manager. I handle all of our transactions from contract to close as well as manage our fix and flips. My goal is to streamline all of our transactions so sellers have a superior experience with us. I also love designing our houses and staying on top of our projects!

This deal took us 8 months to close but it was worth the effort. This was Brian’s first ever contract. Originally we novated the house and had it sold however the seller ended up owing over 200k in IRS debt so we had to get creative. We ended up doing a short sale. The deal is still very tight but this is an easy re list for us.

Getting that proof of concept for Brian was extremely important to his career so we had to make sure the deal closed!

FYI I’m pretty sure the Pradas got trashed 😭

Helping sellers out of tough situations is where we thrive. This seller was losing this home to the auction in a few short days and we were able to buy the house, relocate the seller and pay all their moving fees.

Strong Quarter from the team! We were slightly under our revenue goal but overall couldn’t be more proud.

One of our biggest single family deals this year. Come walk 600 rose lane with me and see the type of houses we buy. Excited to get the ball rolling on this and transform the neighborhood. Even the neighborhoods were excited and even stopped by to thank us.
