PELLA CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

Work Recently Completed:
1. Drywall has been installed in units 15-18
2. Units 13 and 14 ready for shingles
3. Floors for units 3-8 have been poured and covered with winter blankets
4. Unit 22 has been painted ready for finish items to be installed
5. Ceramic tile floor base has been set in units 19-22
6. Garage door seals have been installed
7. Ductwork has been sealed in units 15-18
8. Exterior walls have been insulated and have a vapor barrier installed

Work Currently in Progress:
1. Siding being installed on unit 19-22
2. Painting in unit 21
3. Ceramic tile is being installed in unit 22
4. HVAC duct grill is being installed in unit 22
5. Units 15-18 exterior columns are being built out for finish siding and stone

Work Scheduled in the Next Two Weeks:
1. Gas Line gets installed
2. Siding, soffit, and Fascia of units 19-22
3. Pour stoops on units 3-14
4. Units 11 and 12 framings to continue
5. Start Clubhouse foundation
6. Units 15-18 attics to get blown insulation
7. Units 13 and 14 to start shingles
8. Mechanical rough-in for units 13 and 14.
9. Basements walls to be insulated on units 15-18

3. Interior doors and trim that can be installed are completed in units 19-22

Work Currently in Progress:
1. Siding being installed on unit 19-22
2. Mechanical rough-ins units 15-18

Work Scheduled in the Next Two Weeks:
1. Siding, soffit, and Fascia of units 19-22
2. Pour floors on units 3-10
3. Units 11-14 framing to continue
4. Start Clubhouse foundation
5. Exterior wall insulation in units 15-18
6. Drywall to be installed in units 15-18
7. Painting in units 19-22
8. Mechanical rough-in for units 13 and 14

3. Underground plumbing is installed in units 3-10
4. Extra dirt has been hauled from the site from the clubhouse area
5. The windows and doors that are onsite have been installed in units 15-18
6. Drywall has been hung in units 19-22

Work Currently in Progress:
1. Units 19-22 drywall finishing in progress
2. Siding is being installed on unit 22
3. Garage floors getting prepped for floors to be poured
4. Mechanical rough-in being installed in units 15-18

Work Scheduled in the Next Two Weeks:
1. Plumbing rough-in for units 15-18
2. Mechanical rough-ins for units 15-18
4. Siding, soffit, and Fascia of units 19-22
5. Pour floors on units 3-10
6. Install doors and trim in units 19-22
7. Pour drives to units 19-22
8. Install the remainder of windows in units 15-17
9. Units 11-14 framing to start
10. Start Clubhouse foundation

Pella Construction Update!!

Work Recently Completed:
1. Units 11 to 12 basement walls have been poured.
2. Units 12 and 13 have been waterproofed
3. Units 12 to 16 garages has been back filled
4. Units 3-9 have been excavated
5. Units 19-22 have been shingled
6. Windows have been installed in units 19, 21-22.

Work Scheduled in the Next Two Weeks:
1. Pour foundations for units 3-9
2. Pour basement walls on 10
3. Backfill basements 10-18
4. Plumbing rough in under slab 10-18
5. Install windows on unit 20
6. Basement floor install in units 10-18
