The One North Redevelopment Solicitation Document is now available.

The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orlando (CRA) has released a solicitation for qualified developers interested in transforming the historic 10-story building at 1 North Orange Avenue through a redevelopment and adaptive reuse project.

The opportunity provides a mixed-use redevelopment under a triple-net lease structure, offering developers the chance to reimagine an important property in the heart of downtown Orlando while preserving and building upon its historic character.

Developers and other qualified parties interested in pursuing the opportunity are encouraged to review the solicitation and submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in the document.
