I asked Rich what he's going to miss about the house.
His answer was the basement because, in his words, “I'm alone down there.” 😂
I remember the basement a little differently.
When he was younger, Rich and his friends would take a basket of balls downstairs, shut off all the lights and even cover the window so the basement was completely dark.
Then they'd run around throwing balls at each other!
After 22 years at 632 Iroquois, even a room as simple as the basement has a whole collection of memories attached to it.
Soon another family will get to make this house their home and create stories of their own.

Maybe Rich's real estate career actually started in our backyard. 😂
Over our 22 years at 632 Iroquois, we hosted quite a few client events at our home.
We had a b**r tasting on the deck, pumpkin painting and Easter egg hunts where we'd have crafts and brunch inside before sending all the kids outside to find the eggs.
Rich remembers those Easter events very well, especially having to help set everything up!
I told him he was a Realtor in training even then.
Now that Rich and I actually work together, that line has a little more meaning.
This home has been part of our family story and our business story for more than two decades.

One of the things that sold me on this house 22 years ago was the backyard.
I saw that huge 20 x 40 deck and immediately started imagining the parties we could have back here.
And over the years, we definitely put it to good use!
There was a jungle gym, a Slip 'N Slide, Rich's lacrosse 🥍setup and plenty of gatherings with family and friends.
We even watched a deer give birth in the backyard from our kitchen window!
Now that we're selling 632 Iroquois, I can look around and see 22 years of memories everywhere.
This backyard became exactly what I hoped it would be when we first bought the house.

After 22 years in this house, our family has plenty of stories to tell. 😂
My husband and I love entertaining, and we've had some pretty large gatherings here over the years. One of my favorites was my mother-in-law's birthday party, when something I was cooking spilled in the oven and eventually set off the smoke alarm.
I called the police to let them know there wasn't an emergency.
That's when a very excited young Rich came running into the kitchen and asked:
"Now can I call 911?" 😂
As we prepare to say goodbye to the home where we raised Rich and spent 22 years of our lives, we're sharing some of our favorite memories.

If you've watched enough of Maria Rini and Rich Gneiding's videos, you may have noticed someone is usually missing.
Rich's dad works with the family too, but there's one small problem: he won't go on camera.
Apparently, some people even think the two Riches are the same person.
