Today marks the bittersweet conclusion of representing this home for my client. We’ve worked together for five years as I represented the home for summer rentals, and we always knew the day would come to turn the home over to a new owner. We priced it strategically and stood behind our number, garnering the seller 96% of her asking price in under 30 days on the MLS. Thank you for trusting William Bolls, Selling CT+NYC and I to represent you Hayley! ✨🙏🏻✨

Midcentury Modern Monday ✨
The Corwin House by Richard Neutra
Weston, Connecticut
It was an honor to represent the Corwin family in the sale of their home back in 2020. Listening to Betty Corwin speak about working with Neutra was a highlight of my career. One of the many stories she shared with me was that she originally wanted the primary bedroom to be on the same side of the house as the children’s rooms. Neutra looked at her and told her that she should be on the opposite side of the house, and that they could have an intercom system so that they could communicate - at a distance. Smart he was, not only from a privacy aspect but the primary ended up being sited with beautiful views of the Saugatuck River. The home was in original condition, lovingly maintained, complete with the St. Charles kitchen. One of only three Neutra homes in the state of Connecticut. We were able to place this home in the hands of buyers who revered the architecture and went on to complete a museum-quality restoration. Truly one of my favorite engagements.

1994. NYC | West Village. My first real estate job working for William Gottlieb, Greenwich Village’s largest landlord. And thus began 32 years working with the greatest asset in the world. From NYC commercial valuation to condominium development and marketing to representing architectural gems and bucolic farms in the Connecticut countryside and now advising clients on the nuances of Palm Springs neighborhoods, providing elevated levels of service and treating my clients’ equity as my own are hallmarks of my commitment to this industry. It is an honor to be of service 🏡

Rankings are rewarding for sure, but you know what’s more rewarding!? Helping people navigate their way through one of the largest financial moments in their lives. 🏡

New job. New spouse. Growing family. Dream home. Aging parents. Retirement. Divorce. Upsizing. Downsizing. Investing. These are just some of the moments where we step in to advise our clients. It isn’t just listing photos or open houses, but rather candid counsel from start to finish, educating and strategizing and providing fiduciary guidance.

The rewarding moments come when the relief of a second mortgage is off a client’s books, or when they walk into the first home they’ve ever owned, or when the chapter of relationship past can close, or when families can live closer to loved ones.

But for my part in making TTK hit the $100 million circle in 2025, I’m grateful. My clients are the greatest, my team partners are the best in the business and my pride in being a Founding Agent at Compass shines brightly. Congrats to and the real power behind us - Joan! (IYKYK)

My last closing of 2025 is a profoundly special one. I have known my client for well over a decade, and she has become not only a VIP client but a friend. I’ve watched her life evolve over the years and this is the second home we have sold together. I deeply appreciate her faith in me and her loyalty to me. As she closes her Connecticut chapter and returns to Manhattan, I am full of gratitude. Helping people move through the stages of their lives is one thing I love most about this career. Bon Voyage Mary! 🫶🏻
