I originally started Queen BluePrint® TV in 2019 after having quite a bumpy and confusing ride purchasing my first home at 26 in the U.S.

I built this homeownership education platform to provide a more in depth understanding of the process and terms that most workshops didn’t provide and agents/lenders were too busy to explain

I took a looong break from educating after burning out not once but TWICE in the last 7 years

After this experience abroad and the outpouring of support and interest from my community I had to run it back

So welcome to the new and improved Queen BluePrint® Lab

Severe or chronic burnout can require 1 year or more of lifestyle changes and care 🤯

Apparently after all that happened between 2020-2023 it took a significant amount of time for me to find my way back to what I started this business for in the first place

I know it’s been QUITE A RIDE…but we’re back! And guess what? I’ve LEARNED SO MUCH from experimenting

Other people dream of living rooms I dreamt of a creative office space 😎

I couldn’t create this space in the condo I owned nor none of the places I’ve shared space with others 😫

I never saw myself renting but apparently it’s exactly the space I needed 😌

(A minor pitstop until I requalify as a first time homebuyer in the US and finish building in Kenya)
