🔥 An Evening of Connection, Community & Celebration! 🔥
Wingate Living’s annual Fire Pit Party was one for the books! This year, we welcomed more than 60 industry partners to One Wingate East, the newest addition to our campus, for an unforgettable evening of great company, delicious food, drinks, live music, and a special cannoli truck!
Guests had the opportunity to tour our beautiful new community, with rave reviews of the pub, multi-sport simulator, sports lounge, and thoughtfully designed amenity spaces. From mingling around the fire pit to making new connections and strengthening valued partnerships, the evening was a wonderful celebration of the relationships that make our industry so special.
A heartfelt thank-you to all of our industry partners who joined us and helped make this annual tradition such a success. We loved sharing the Wingate Living experience with you and look forward to many more opportunities to connect!
🥂 Here’s to great partnerships, meaningful connections, and exciting new beginnings at One Wingate East!

One Wingate East Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

10/07/2026

We were thrilled to celebrate the official opening of One Wingate East with a ribbon cutting surrounded by our residents, families, team members, community partners and so many wonderful members of the Needham community.

This opening is especially meaningful as One Wingate East is the first Wingate Living community in partnership with GingerCare Living — bringing together two organizations committed to creating exceptional experiences and a new standard for independent living.

A heartfelt thank you to the Town of Needham, the Needham Chamber of Commerce, our partners, friends, families and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

Most importantly, thank you to our residents for choosing One Wingate East as their home. Your energy, warmth and enthusiasm have already made this community something truly special.

We are incredibly proud of what we have created and excited for all that is ahead. This is just the beginning. 💚Wingate Living

🀄️Game On!
We teamed up with Alder to bring our colleagues a fun-filled Mah Jongg lesson! Whether you were ready to crack the Bams, dot your Dots, line up your Craks, or still trying to figure out what’s on the card, this is was a great way to learn the game and have some fun along the way. One lucky participant won her very own set!
It was clear that we all need a second session! 🀄️

🎨 Inspired by Matisse ✂️
Our residents enjoyed an engaging presentation by Michele Marram exploring the remarkable life, career, and artistic evolution of Henri Matisse—one of the great masters of modern art.
Inspired by Matisse’s celebrated late-career practice of “drawing with scissors,” residents then stepped into the role of artist themselves, experimenting with color, shape, and composition to create their own vibrant cut-paper works.
A beautiful afternoon celebrating art, creativity, and the joy of seeing the world through a different lens.
