I've been thinking about this a lot lately.
Every morning, we make choices.
We choose to move our bodies.
We choose what we feed our minds.
We choose how we spend our time.

But more importantly, they help build the future I'm working toward.
I've always believed that if we repeat a choice 1,000 times, we should pay attention to where it will take us.
