Thinking about new construction in Montgomery? Here’s one thing to do before you walk into your first model home.

If you’d like your own Realtor, bring them in before that first visit. Builder policies on agent registration vary, and the friendly sales rep in the model works for the builder. That’s not a knock on them. It’s just their job.

There’s a lot to compare out here right now, so I put together a guide to five new home communities worth knowing about heading into 2027: Oak Hills Montgomery, Briarley, Two Step Farm, Copia Pines, and Homeplace (not selling yet, but definitely one to watch).
