Real Estate is so crazy sometimes 🤪 (but sometimes that crazy is a good crazy) 😉
I met these kiddos (Chloe & Gavin) almost a year ago at 1 of my listings. The 1st home didn't work out 😢 so we looked at SEVERAL more throughout the year. I also got to meet Chloe's cool parents along the way. 😎Fast forward to last month......I showed them 2 houses & they just weren't the ones either......on to the next 🤪 Later that day, I get a random group text from a DR Horton rep. 😅 Chloe's dad had suggested they go look at new builds. Who knew DR Horton would have a WONDERFUL deal, just perfect for them? 😍
I finally got to see their beautiful new home at the inspection, & then again for the final walk-thru yesterday. Today was CLOSING DAY!!! 🎉🎉 I couldn't be happier for them ❤️❤️ I wish nothing but the best for them, & their kitties, in their brand new home. 🏠❤️🏠
Also, tomorrow is their 1 year wedding anniversary!! How cool is that?? ❤️👩‍❤️‍👨❤️
