🚧 When a community has a development problem, is a moratorium really the answer?
Whether it’s data centers, retail, housing, or mixed-use development, legitimate concerns deserve legitimate solutions—not simply a big red PAUSE button.
Good leadership means listening, improving codes, demanding transparency, and finding ways to protect quality of life while encouraging economic growth.

If your land pricing strategy starts and ends with pulling nearby acreage sales and dividing by the number of acres, this class is for you 👀

What does improv have to do with commercial real estate?
More than you might think.
The best CRE professionals aren’t reading from a script. They’re listening, adapting, reading the room, handling the unexpected—and keeping the conversation moving.
Because when a client says, “We need 12,000 SF, a drive-thru, 75 parking spaces, and we want to pay less rent…” the answer probably shouldn’t be, “That’s impossible.” 😂
Sometimes the better answer is:
